What is Stereoscopic 3D?

Stereoscopic 3D (S3D) is a technique used for creating or enhancing the perception of depth that in turn brings the viewer a step closer to the subject or even the subject closer to them!

Used in successful  movies such as Avatar, Toy Story 3, Tron & Shrek, it is now well established technology and also used in computer games and sports coverage.

Currently to view a 3D animation, a 3D TV/Projector or a standard TV/Projector with Red/Blue glasses are required.

Why use it?

This technology grabs extra attention and encourages engagement. It is extremely affective for all sizes of audiences, for presentations or for exhibition stands. This will give you an edge over your competitors.

How can we help?

We have created many Stereoscopic 3D animations for our clients with our most impressive being for the British Chamber of Commerce at an evening dinner in a cathedral, which was displayed on an 8 metre screen to over 500 people. Whether it be for a large or small audience, tv or theatre, complex or simple we can create something special.

All of our visualisations and animations can be created in stunning stereoscopic 3D.  However, it’s worth noting that playback of S3D requires compatible devices such as a 3D TV or projector. We can also produce animations and visualisations for anaglyph glasses (red & blue lenses). All our Stereoscopic 3D animations are also supplied with a standard 2D version for normal viewing.
